Tours in Polish
Tourists who intend to visit the Mine with a Polish-speaking guide (so-called individual tourists) should purchase an entrance ticket at the ticket office and wait to have a tour-guide assigned to them. The tour begins when 35 people join the group (at the latest an hour after the first person in the group purchased a ticket). The individual ticket price includes a fee for guide services. Tours in a foreign language
Foreign tourists who wish to visit the Mine individually rather than in a larger organised group can join a foreign-language group (with a guide who speaks a given foreign language). Individual tourists (Polish and foreign) do not need to book their tours.
Bookings can be made when individual tourists (Polish or foreign) wish to have the guide only at their disposal for the duration of the tour, rather for the whole group of tourists (in this case, same rules and rates as for groups).
